New Zealand has gone a bit mad on IPA; we love those big bold fresh flavours, higher ABVs and heavy-handed hop additions. This recipe is classic West Coast IPA style, starting with American Ale malt which we ferment with American yeast. Then a delicious blend of NZ and US hops including Jade, Waimea, Amarillo and Centennial is added. This is Brother's flagship IPA brewed to be enjoyed every day at 6%.

Starting with a traditional German recipe, oats are added for a classic golden colour and smooth mouth feel. Southern Cross and Wakatu hops provide bitterness and a clean, crisp finish at 4.5%.

Mantecore is Brothers tasty hazy IPA. Starting with a base of lager malt and wheat, we add loads of our favourite hops, with Nelson Sauvin predominant. Smooth with complex fruit flavours... and a little bite at 5.8%!
